A framework for change

It can be a brave approach to take and it requires some resilience, drive and energy – it may involve releasing some of your current colleagues and leaders or having some tough career conversations.

Really standing back and being clear about what works and doesn’t for the future model of operating in terms of successful leaders and managers in your business is really critical. You might want some independent advice on it too – this can all get a bit internal otherwise.
