An intriguing dilemma

Along with most councils, we are looking to harness technology to improve our customer engagement and management. This will involve reviewing the current systems, how we use them and potentially investing in new technology and systems development.

Building the business case around investments to both improve customer outcomes as well as improve efficiency has never been more necessary. But there are interesting nuances around the procurement of technology. This is changing the way we have to respond in order to ensure we get the best outcome.
