Chancellor Philip Hammond has announced plans to invest £1.4bn in an effort to deliver 40,000 affordable homes.

Chancellor Philip Hammond has announced plans to invest £1.4bn in an effort to deliver 40,000 affordable homes.

The government will relax restrictions on grant funding to allow providers in a bid to deliver a ‘mix of homes for affordable rent and low cost ownership'.
