Camden set to knockout joint venture plans

Camden LBC was this week expected to reject single joint venture deals as part of its efforts to provide affordable housing.

In a report to senior councillors, the cabinet member for regeneration and transport, Phil Jones, explained that, although the council should consider working with partners to provide new homes, putting several projects into one joint venture could prove risky.
