The chief executive of Doncaster MBC has admitted that she is struggling to come up with a plan to cope with shrinking finances after 2017.

Speaking at an Institute for Government and Centre for Public Scrutiny event on place-based accountability last night, Jo Miller said the notion that councils with social care responsibilities could become self-sufficient was ‘extraordinary'.
