Children's services approaching 'tipping point'

The country’s most senior children’s services director has warned that the sector is facing a ‘tipping point’ that will impact upon ‘generations’ of young people. 

Fresh analysis by the Association of Directors of Children’s Services (ADCS) has revealed that 40% of councils expected demand for safeguarding and looked after children to continue to soar.
