Cook to leave Kettering in management shake-up

Kettering BC’s chief executive David Cook has been replaced in a senior management shake-up.

Deputy chief executive Graham Soulsby, who has been at the authority since 2004, has been promoted to a new managing director role and will be supported by two executive directors.
