I am currently marshalling the massed ranks of Whitehall departments, as we gear up to announce the Local Growth Deals in mid-July.  

My colleagues in Government, having had a chance to examine the scale of the ambition put forward by local areas, can clearly see the enormous impact the deals will have throughout the country.
