The social, moral and economic case for improving the mental health and wellbeing of the UK population is clear. Poor mental health affects individuals, their families, communities, workplaces, public services, our economy, and our society. But too often the solution is simply to produce a commission report, with more recommendations and good ideas but which change nothing and no one benefits.
