East Hertfordshire DC has signed a five-year contract with IT firm Advanced to kick-start the digital transformation of its finance operations.
The new financial management solution, which will be used by 200 staff, will allow the council to streamline its core financial, purchasing and budgeting processes, better manage its 20,000 annual transactions, and go paperless.
