The National Audit Office (NAO) has praised the Department for Education’s (DfE) approach in evaluating the local authority children’s social care projects it funds.
In a report published today, the NAO suggested other departments could learn from how the DfE monitored the impact of its children's social care innovation programme and successor programmes.
