An investigation has uncovered a ‘lack of compliance with rules’ at Nottingham City Council.
The internal audit review of culture and ethics at the council was instigated following reports by the external auditor and Max Caller detailing ‘areas of concern,’ partly created by a ‘prevalent negative culture’ at Nottingham.
