BT to refocus as public sector revenue shrinks

BT’s public sector revenue fell in the past financial year, as a number of large-scale contracts came to an end.

The telecommunications firm’s recently-published annual report revealed BT’s public sector and major business revenue was down 7% on the previous year, as a result of falling equipment sales and the impact of large public sector contracts coming to an end.
