Barnet's former chief executive to join Lambeth as interim chief

Lambeth LBC is due to finalise the appointment of Barnet LBC’s former chief executive, who stepped down over an electoral blunder last year, in an interim capacity next week.

Andrew Travers stepped down from his position in May last year after the council sent out the wrong electoral lists to all 155 of its polling stations which meant that thousands of residents were unable to vote in the London mayoral elections that year.
