Breaking through the turmoil

If ‘turmoil’ was the watchword of 2016, we need to reintroduce ‘stability’ and ‘certainty’ in the upcoming year. 

We must make the best of major changes, like our departure from the EU, by seriously re-evaluating the way we pursue economic growth and social cohesion. But we cannot be in a constant state of upheaval. That is not a good environment in which to make the changes which will shape our destiny for generations. We need a clear vision of what our economy should look like, and the time and resources to get there.
