Cadman takes on Combined Authority post

Suffolk CC chief executive Deborah Cadman has been hired as the new chief for the West Midlands Combined Authority. 

She will be working alongside newly elected West Midlands mayor, Andy Street, replacing Coventry City Council chief executive Martin Reeves who held the post on an interim basis while the organisation was set up.
