The new mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough has unveiled a 100-day manifesto laying the foundations for major transport updrages, skills boosts, economic growth and housebuilding.
Speaking at a press conference today, Conservative James Palmer outlined a string of new transport and infrastructure proposals, while pledging to deliver more than 500 apprenticeships and launch plans for a new ‘apprenticeship hub’.
