Children's care in Northamptonshire remains inadequate

Children’s social care in Northamptonshire has failed to improve on its inadequate Ofsted rating following a visit by inspectors.

In addition to the overall rating, the watchdog concluded that the experiences and progress of children both in and outside of care was inadequate while the impact of leaders was rated as requiring improvement.
