Cities can bring economic and policy substance to the levelling up agenda

Our cities are moving slowly towards recovery from COVID-19, but systemic problems need to be tackled and we must work together with Government to create better lives for millions of our citizens.

That’s not just my view as chair of Core Cities UK, it is also the view of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) expressed in its new report Leveraging Productivity in UK Core Cities for Post-Covid-19 Recovery
