City leaders want more say on key post-Brexit policies

City leaders are ambitious to take on more responsibility but Westminster politicians’ focus on Brexit means their needs are not being adequately represented nationally, says new research.

The survey of UK city leadership published this week by think tank Centre for Cities and design and engineering consultancy Arup asked the elected leaders of the UK’s largest urban areas for their views on issues including Brexit, the Spending Review and housing.
