Collaboration key to £104m development

Collaboration between Westminster City Council and private sector partners has been hailed with the opening of a £104m mixed-use development.

The Dudley House development in the Paddington Basin, including 197 affordable homes, was designed by architects Child Graddon Lewis, constructed by Willmott Dixon Construction, and will be managed by Pinnacle Group.
