Surrey CC’s human resources (HR) and organisational development (OD) departments have withdrawn for at least a year from a three-council partnership as the authority concentrates on transformation.
Other elements of the Orbis partnership between Surrey, East Sussex CC and Brighton & Hove City Council, including procurement, property, finance, business operations, IT and digital, will remain unaffected.
