Councillors attack planning reforms

Scottish Government proposals to overhaul the planning system would erode the local democratic process and fail to achieve their objectives,’ Aberdeenshire councillors have said.

Aberdeenshire Council’s infrastructure services committee (ISC) has written to Scotland’s chief planner in response to changes proposed at a national level.
