Councillors to apologise at 'sexist culture' council

Two councillors have agreed to apologise after investigations at a council where an outgoing chief detailed a 'sexist culture'.

Stratford-on-Avon DC councillors Peter Barnes and John Feilding were found to have breached the council’s code of conduct relating to respect and bringing the role of member into disrepute.
