Councillors urge London borough to 'change mind-set' on procurement

Greenwich LBC has been pressed to ‘change its mind-set’ in procurement by its members as it overhauls its policies.

The council is undergoing a review to ‘embed the principles of social value’ into its procurement, including the use of a new e-tendering portal, creating opportunities for local SMEs and the voluntary sector to bid.
