The County Councils Network (CCN) has announced that Hertfordshire CC leader Cllr David Williams will be its next chairman.
Cllr Williams won a leadership contest with Staffordshire CC leader, Cllr Philip Atkins and will formally replace current chairman Cllr Paul Carter at the organisation’s annual general meeting in September.
