DCN’s competing candidates set out their manifestos

The two candidates to take over as chairman of the District Councils’ Network (DCN) this week outlined their visions for lower-tier government in England.

Conservative leader of South Norfolk DC, Cllr John Fuller, will compete for the DCN post in a ballot against the Conservative leader of Stratford-upon-Avon DC, Cllr Chris Saint.
