Home Office ministers have published the crucial terms of reference for an independent review of its Prevent strategy.
The review, which will ‘consider the present delivery of Prevent and recommendations for the future, comes amid widespread criticism by those who believe Prevent has focused disproportionately on Britain’s Muslim population and requires communities to ‘spy’ on each other.
