Ongoing delays and uncertainty on the detail of a new scheme to replace EU funding is a huge concern for councils, the Local Government Association (LGA) has said.
The Government said it would consult on the design of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) by the of last year but this has still not happened.
