Local government will put forward its vision of a reformed social care funding system to the next Prime Minister following criticism of parties’ election policies.
The Local Government Association’s (LGA) chief executive Mark Lloyd told The MJ’s Future Forum North event last week that it will present new ministers with the sector’s preferred option for a new system.
