EXCLUSIVE: Poorer authorities are losing out on decarbonisation cash

Some local authorities with high levels of fuel poverty and energy inefficient social housing are losing out in competitive bidding rounds for home decarbonisation cash, says new analysis.

A number of West Midlands councils with England’s highest fuel poverty rates failed to win funding from two Government home decarbonisation schemes, according to the research by Nesta.
