EXCLUSIVE: ‘Time to jump-start this devo revolution’ – IPPR

Ministers have been urged to ditch their ‘bloody-mindedness’ and reboot the stalled devolution process amid a surge of faltering deals and emerging reorganisation rows.

A new IPPR North report, seen exclusively by The MJ, called on the Government to detail its ‘vision for devolution and its underlying principles’ in light of prime minister Theresa May’s newly-announced industrial strategy.
