Easing tensions around children's trusts

People are watching with interest the growing number of children’s trusts – not great numbers yet but on the increase – whether through statutory direction or a voluntary option if councils think the freedoms and flexibilities will produce better outcomes for children and young people in their area.

I’ve heard many points of view through my networks – some for and some against.
