Education secretary appears at ADCS conference for first time in a decade

Provision for care leavers and children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) dominated a speech by education secretary Damian Hinds.

If delegates at the Association of Directors of Children’s Services’ (ADCS) conference in Manchester were hoping for funding announcements in the first appearance by an education secretary for 10 years they were to be disappointed.
