Two senior Conservatives have emerged as the front-runners to replace Cllr Neil Clarke as chairman of the District Councils’ Network (DCN).
The MJ understands that Cllr John Fuller, leader of South Norfolk DC, and Cllr Chris Saint, leader of Stratford-upon-Avon DC, have put themselves forward for the role.
