It is undeniable that the UK will be worse off economically under prime minister Theresa May’s proposed Brexit deal, the director of the Institute for Fiscal Studies think-tank has said.
Speaking at The MJ’s Future Forum North event today, Paul Johnson backed expert predictions that the deal would lead to the economy shrinking by 4% in the longer-term.
