Governance chief heads to Liverpool

Governance expert Jacqui McKinlay is to step down from her role at the Centre for Governance and Scrutiny (CfGS) to take up the post of chief operating officer with Liverpool City Council.

After six years at the organisation, Ms McKinlay said: ‘It has been an honour and privilege to work with the brilliant team and Board at CfGS, alongside our many partners and clients across the full range of sectors.
