Gwynne: There's been no end to austerity

Opposition politicians have hit out at the Government’s record on funding the sector at the County Councils’ Network conference today.

Labour's shadow local government secretary, Andrew Gwynne, said the Budget failed to fulfil Prime Minister Theresa May's promise to end austerity.
