Haringey LBC could invest £1.6m in 2019/20 to allow some of its poorest residents to not pay council tax.
Under plans to reform Haringey’s council tax reduction scheme, working age claimants who have children will pay no or less council tax, with more than 6,000 families expected to benefit.
