Lambeth LBC has completed one the most ambitious construction schemes by the council in partnership with Muse Developments and contractor Morgan Sindall.
The new town hall will serve as the new council offices, bringing together all council staff who were previously spread across 14 buildings into two buildings. Savings of £4.5m a year are expected.
