Leaders unite to tackle extremism

Council leaders from across the UK are meeting this week to call for cooperation over tackling extremism and radicalisation within communities.

The Building Strong Cities Conference, hosted by Birmingham City Council, has been organised to highlight the role of local authorities in exposing and reducing the threat of radicalisation in communities.
