Localis chief to step down

Chief executive of local government think-tank Localis, Liam Booth-Smith, is to step down to take up a position as director of policy at Policy Exchange.

Mr Booth-Smith took up his post in July 2016, following a decade as a researcher on politics and public service reform, including as head of communitcations and external affairs at NLGN.
