Lock-change evictions are lawful - court

Scotland’s highest court has ruled lock-change evictions of asylum seekers without a court order are lawful.

The Scottish Refugee Council has said it is ‘bitterly disappointed’ at the judgement from the Inner House of the Court of Session, which comes after months of legal dispute.
