Westminster politicians are still not listening to councils, according to the council leader who laid bare the plight of social care to camera crews.
Speaking at the Local Government Association conference in Bournemouth this afternoon, chief executive of the NHS Confederation, Niall Dickson, claimed that those in the health sector were waking up to the importance of social care.
