Mayors must deliver on inclusive growth

In politics, shifting the terms of debate is critical. By that measure, the RSA Inclusive Growth Commission has achieved considerable impact.

When the commission was launched in spring 2016, inclusive growth seemed a fairly esoteric concept. But since then we have seen the EU referendum, the election of president Trump, and a new British prime minister avowedly committed to improving the livelihoods of ordinary working people.
