Minister signals further Universal Credit changes

More changes are in the pipeline for Universal Credit, work and pensions minister Esther McVey has revealed.

In a speech, Ms McVey said changes were needed to the system regarding debt repayments, support for the self-employed, and extensions to outreach work and flexible support.
