Norfolk investment after Ombudsman criticisms

The Local Government Ombudsman (LGO) today said Norfolk CC ‘failed’ two boys with special educational needs (SEN) – the 11th similar complaint upheld in the last two years.

Norfolk has agreed to pay compensation to the two families affected, and this week the council announced a £1.5m investment to double the size of its SEN team.
