Almost three years ago a tidal surge hit the east coast of Britain, forcing thousands of people to flee their homes and wreaking devastation on hundreds of businesses.

As the flood waters receded, the people of Suffolk surveyed the damage, desperately trying to pick up the pieces and start all over again.
