Partridge confirmed as permanent chief

Labour-controlled Stevenage BC today confirmed the permanent appointment of Matt Partridge as the council’s new chief executive.

Interim chief executive Mr Partridge, who lives in Enfield, has been in local government for more than 35 years, including time at Aylesbury Vale DC and Broxbourne BC.
