Polling backs councils' fiscal devolution call

Ministers should devolve fiscal powers to councils to boost the UK’s economic recovery, South East Councils (SEC) has urged.

The call comes as the number of councillors, business leaders and residents in South East England who support fiscal devolution to town halls grows.
